Our payment partner

We don't process card payments ourselves. When you pay, you'll be taken to the secure payment page of DOKU, one of Indonesia's first and largest payment providers, in business since 2007.

What you'll see

A DOKU payment page showing our logo and our registered company name, BALI WIJAYA PLACE. That's us.

On your card statement, the payment appears as Doku Jokul or DOKU DJakarta, depending on your bank.

Why it's safe

Licensed by Bank Indonesia as a payment gateway, e-money and remittance provider.
PCI DSS certified, the security standard of the card networks, with regular audits. DOKU was the first company in Indonesia to reach it, in 2008.
ISO/IEC 27001 certified by TÜV Rheinland for information security.
Encrypted end to end (AES-256) from your device to DOKU.
Trusted by Garuda Indonesia, Jetstar and H&M, among many others.

What we keep

Your card number never reaches bali.place. We only receive DOKU's confirmation that your payment went through.
